Contains melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, passionflower flower and lemon balm leaf extract.

Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
Melatonin relieves the feelings associated with circadian rhythm disruption. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 0.5 mg on the first day of travel shortly before bedtime and in the first few days after arriving at the final destination.

125 doses of 0.2 ml of orodispersible spray. One dose contains 1 mg of melatonin.

Usage: Spray one dose (=1 mg melatonin) into the mouth approximately 30 minutes before bedtime.
Shake the bottle before use.

Not suitable for use by children and adolescents.

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Suitable for vegans.

Does not contain sugar.
