Fillerina 12HA is the first dermo-cosmetic treatment designed for home use. It is intended for external application. The product name derives from its mechanism of “filling” facial skin imperfections (wrinkles) and increasing volume and density in specific areas. Thanks to the action of hyaluronic acid with different molecular weights, it provides filling at multiple skin levels, reducing expression lines and age wrinkles, improving microrelief, and restoring volume in areas prone to sagging (cheekbones, facial contours, lip surface).

VOLUMIZING EFFECT
As the skin ages, the amount of hyaluronic acid gradually decreases, leading to imperfections such as wrinkles, expression lines, and volume loss, especially in the cheekbone and lip areas.
Fillerina 12HA contains patented 12 different hyaluronic acid molecules with varying molecular weights and sizes, which effectively penetrate the skin layers (ex vivo tests with diffusion cells), allowing tissue filling and restoration. The formula includes 12 types of hyaluronic acid with molecular weights ranging from 400 to 2,000,000 Da to target different skin layers.

DENSITY-ENHANCING EFFECT
Fillerina 12HA also contains 3 collagen molecules with different molecular weights (2,000, 12,000, and 300,000 Da), which penetrate the dermis (ex vivo tests) and, together with hyaluronic acid, help increase the density of the extracellular matrix and enhance the volumizing effect.
With aging, the quantity and quality of elastin – the protein responsible for skin elasticity – also decrease. The formula includes 2 elastin molecules with different molecular weights (1,400 Da and 2,200 Da) to help compensate for this loss and restore elasticity and flexibility.

TRANSDERMAL TECHNOLOGY
To ensure penetration of hyaluronic acid and functional molecules into different skin layers, Labo researchers developed a patented Transdermal Technology based on very small molecular sizes. This is essential to guarantee effective penetration into the skin. Thanks to this controlled penetration, the active ingredients are truly effective. This transdermal delivery has been tested using diffusion cell technology.
