Contains essential micronutrients that help reduce tiredness and fatigue:

Vitamin C, riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid and magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium, calcium, iodine, manganese and copper help ensure normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, biotin, magnesium, copper and iodine contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.

Vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin (vitamin B2), zinc, selenium, copper and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. A positive effect is observed with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Calcium is necessary for the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.

30-day supply. A daily dose contains 15 g of powder, 1 tablet and 1 capsule (1.2 g).

Usage: Dissolve one daily dose of powder packet in 150 - 200 ml of still water, drink during or after a meal, together with the attached iodine tablet and vitamin B12 and omega 3 fatty acid capsules.
For adults under high stress, it is recommended to use this product regularly and for a long time.

Does not contain lactose and gluten.
Contains gelatin of bovine origin, and is Halal dietary requirements.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Important information
Orthomol® Vital f contains a separate iodine tablet. If you suffer from thyroid disorders, consult a doctor before use.
In case of glucose metabolism disorders, metabolic indicators should be monitored during use. The daily dose contains 12 g of easily assimilable carbohydrates.
Orthomol® Vital f contains 165 μg of biotin in the daily dose. If you are scheduled for immunological laboratory tests, inform your doctor or laboratory staff about the use of Orthomol® Vital f, as it may affect the test results.

When using Orthomol® Vital f, due to the riboflavin (vitamin B2) contained in the product, urine may turn yellow.

The product contains beta-carotene, which has dye properties. Stains on fabric caused by the product may be difficult to wash off.

In some cases, the fish oil (Omega-3 fatty acids) contained in the capsule may cause mild belching. To avoid belching, the capsules can be taken before bedtime.

Do not use food supplements as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet!
