Usage: 8 ml (1 tablespoon) per day during or after a meal.

The recommended daily dose (8 ml) contains 5.8 g of fish oil and 1.4 g of olive oil. The package includes a measuring cup.

Important conditions:

After first opening, store in the refrigerator and use the contents within 45 days.

Do not heat.

Shake before use.

Take during or after a meal.

Do not use the food supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet.
