Orthomol® nemuri night

Food supplement for adults with sugar and sweeteners, for making a hot drink.

Contains vitamin B6, niacin, magnesium, lemon balm, hop and green tea extracts, glycine and L-tryptophan.

Contains melatonin, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
Melatonin relieves the feelings associated with circadian rhythm disruption. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 0.5 mg on the first day of travel shortly before bedtime and in the first few days after arriving at the final destination.
Vitamin B6, niacin and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Does not contain lactose and gluten.

Not suitable for use by children and adolescents.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Important information
If you are taking medication for depression (MAO inhibitors, serotonin reuptake inhibitors), sleeping pills or medications for Parkinson's disease (e.g. levodopa), Orthomol® nemuri night should only be used after consulting a doctor.

It is not recommended to take Orthomol® nemuri night simultaneously with alcohol. It is not recommended to take Orthomol® nemuri night shortly before driving, operating machinery or performing work that involves an increased risk of accidents.

Contains easily soluble carbohydrates (4.1 g per daily dose). In case of impaired glucose metabolism, carefully monitor metabolic parameters.

Usage: Pour the contents of the sachet (daily dose) into a cup and pour over 100 ml of hot (but not boiling) water. Dissolve by stirring and drink warm 30-60 min. before bedtime.

Does not contain lactose and gluten.

Not suitable for use in children and adolescents.

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Important information
