Directions for use:
Take 8 ml (1 tablespoon) daily during or after a meal.

The recommended daily dose (8 ml) contains 5.8 g of fish oil and 1.4 g of olive oil. A measuring cup is included in the package.

Important instructions:
After first opening, store in the refrigerator and use the contents within 45 days.
Do not heat.
Shake well before use.
Take during or after a meal.

Do not use food supplements as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
