Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function. Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid and vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper and iodine contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of normal immune function during and after intense physical exertion. A daily intake of 200 mg of vitamin C in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C is beneficial. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and contributes to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.
Lactose-free and gluten-free. Contains gelatin of bovine origin and is Halal-compliant.
It is recommended to use with a certain time interval before or after sports activities.
