1. Remove the cap and twist the base until the whitening gel appears on the brush.
2. Smile and apply a thin layer of gel on your teeth.
3. After applying, keep your mouth open for 30 seconds.
4. Leave the gel on your teeth for at least 30 minutes.
5. Do not eat, drink, or rinse your mouth for 30 minutes after application.
