PROSEPT® Burs is a ready-to-use disinfectant solution for rotary dental and surgical instruments, such as diamond burs, carbide burs, polishers, and instruments made of stainless steel, tungsten carbide, diamond grit, ceramic, polymer, and silicone.

The phenol- and aldehyde-free formulation contains corrosion inhibitors that significantly extend the service life of instruments.

Available volumes: 2 L and 5 L

▶ Full antiviral efficacy within 30 seconds
Active against even the most resistant viruses, such as poliovirus and adenovirus.

▶ Suitable for use in ultrasonic cleaning devices
The product’s cleaning performance can be further enhanced by using an ultrasonic cleaning device.

▶ Contains effective corrosion inhibitors
The disinfectant contains highly effective corrosion inhibitors that protect against rust. It is less corrosive to metals than water.

100 g contains 32 g isopropanol, 0.7 g 2-phenoxyethanol, 0.2 g quaternary ammonium compounds, corrosion inhibitors, auxiliaries and water.

H226 Flammable liquid and vapour. H315 Causes skin irritation. H319 Causes serious eye irritation. H336 May cause drowsiness or dizziness. P210 Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. P261 Avoid breathing vapours/mist/fumes/spray. P280 Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. P303 + P361 + P353 IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. P305 + P351 + P338 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
