The 3M™ Littmann® Classic II Pediatric Stethoscope is specially designed for use with smaller patients. It provides high acoustic sensitivity with its dual-sided head for both high and low frequency sounds.

Soft-sealing ear tips provide optimal comfort and excellent sound occlusion.
The earpiece tension can be easily adjusted to the size and comfort of the head by squeezing them together or pulling the ear tube apart. The leak-proof, soft-sealing ear tips easily adapt to the ears, providing an excellent acoustic seal and a comfortable fit. The ear tips fit tightly over the ends of the ear tubes and are difficult to remove for safety reasons. The flexible latest generation tubes retain their shape and flexibility even when folded tightly in a pocket, thus ensuring a longer stethoscope life. The latest generation tubes are not made of natural rubber, which is a benefit for sensitive medical professionals and their patients, and the tubes do not contain phthalate plasticizers.
The two-sided head with a small 3.3 cm diaphragm is ideal for infants.
