The vitamins and trace elements in Wellwoman® are tailored to the health needs of women.

General provision: Complete nutritional supplementation with a wide range of trace elements, including 10 µg of vitamin D.

Nervous system: Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.

Immune system: Selenium and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Women's health: Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormone activity. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.

Vitality: Vitamin B6, B12, C, magnesium, iron and copper contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Folate and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Skin, hair and nails: Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen, which is necessary for the normal function of the skin. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin. Selenium and zinc help maintain healthy hair and nails.
