Orthomol® fertil plus
Dietary supplement.

Contains vitamins B6, B12, C, D, E, folic acid, copper, selenium, zinc, as well as vitamin A and other nutrients.

Contains essential nutrients for male fertility.

Zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood and supports normal fertility and reproduction.
Selenium supports normal spermatogenesis.
Vitamins B6, B12, and folates help maintain normal homocysteine metabolism.
Vitamins B12, D, and zinc are necessary for cell division processes.
Copper, selenium, vitamins C, E, and zinc support cellular protection against oxidative stress.

Contains L-carnitine, coenzyme Q10, and omega-3 fatty acids.

30 daily doses. One daily dose contains 3 tablets and 1 capsule (2.6 g).

Usage – Take the contents of one sachet daily (= daily dose) during or after a meal, with plenty of liquid.

The daily dose includes:
1 vitamin tablet + 2 L-carnitine and mineral tablets + 1 omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E capsule.

Important notes:
In some cases, the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) in the capsule may cause mild burping. To avoid this, capsules can be taken before bedtime.

How long should Orthomol® fertil plus be taken?
Sperm production and maturation take several weeks. Since zinc and selenium support normal fertility and reproduction, as well as normal spermatogenesis, they are needed daily. Therefore, we recommend using the product for a prolonged period, at least three months.

Do not use dietary supplements as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet!
