Usage: Can be poured directly into the mouth. Can be dissolved in water
The contents of the sachet can be poured directly into the mouth, dissolved in 100-200 ml of water / juice or drunk as tea (up to 50 ⁰C).
1 sachet per day is enough.

Since the product does not contain preservatives, the powder may harden - the vitamin C content does not change from this. In this case, use it by dissolving in the mouth.
