ICONFIT Plant Protein is an excellent plant-based alternative to whey proteins! It is ideal for those who need protein to support recovery and development after training, or simply to supplement daily protein intake. The protein is available in pleasant flavors and can be easily mixed with water in a shaker or added to your smoothie, oatmeal, or regular yogurt to increase protein content.

All proteins are made up of various amino acids. However, plant-based proteins often lack BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids), which are essential building blocks of protein needed by our body. Athletes sometimes supplement with BCAAs during training to achieve better performance. Therefore, we have added extra BCAA amino acids to ICONFIT Plant Protein to provide a more complete protein with enhanced benefits for your body.

We have also specifically added vitamin B6, as plant-based diets often do not provide enough. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system, psychological functions, normal red blood cell formation, immune system function, and hormone regulation. It also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

The included maca root powder offers many important benefits. It is very rich in vitamin C, copper, iron, vitamin B6, and essential fatty acids (Omega-3 and Omega-9). Maca contains a significant amount of amino acids (18 in total), including 7 essential amino acids. Additionally, it contains plant sterols, making it an indispensable nutrient in the daily diet.

Inulin is a beneficial prebiotic fiber derived from valuable chicory root. As a dietary fiber, inulin can stimulate bowel movements, which is important for overall gut health. It is important to balance fiber and fluid intake in the diet. Inulin is a soluble fiber that forms a gel when mixed with water or other fluids in the body. This gel slows gastric emptying, helping you feel fuller for longer. Fibers help maintain satiety and stabilize blood sugar levels, which may reduce the risk of overeating and help make better food choices.

The ingredients have excellent solubility, a neutral taste, and a smooth, pleasant texture. The protein has a pleasant taste, making it enjoyable to consume on a daily basis.

Directions for use: mix 30 g of powder (1 scoop) with 250–300 ml of water in a shaker until fully dissolved and drink immediately. Adjust water volume to taste.
