VULNOMED is a sterile isotonic saline solution with silver chloride and aloe vera, intended for cleansing, rinsing, and moisturizing the skin.

Aloe vera is known for its healing, regenerating, and antiseptic properties.

Silver chloride helps prevent microbial contamination of the dressing and keeps the wound environment free from external bacterial sources.

The product can be used on wounds, ulcers, burns, and rashes.

The gentle surfactant and the mechanical action of the spray ensure thorough cleansing of damaged skin without harming newly formed tissue.

The special nozzle allows the product to be used in any position.

The product contains no preservatives or propellants that are harmful to the ozone layer.

Spray the solution directly onto the affected area and wipe away impurities with sterile gauze. If necessary, repeat the procedure two or three times a day – before each dressing change.
The product can be used in any position (360°).

Decyl Glucoside, Sodium Chloride, extract of Aloe Vera, Silver Chloride, purified water.

Do not burn or tamper with even after use.

Store in a cool, well-ventilated place away from sources of ignition.

Keep out of reach of children.

Avoid contact with eyes.

Do not take by mouth.

If swallowed, seek medical attention.

Do not mix with other liquids.
